1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the website at pendulos.club and the watch repair services offered by Pendulo, located at 74 Rattanathibet Road, Bang Kraso, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

If any part of these terms is unclear, please contact us before proceeding. We are happy to explain anything in plain language.

2. Our Services

Pendulo offers three watch repair services: Cleaning & Lubrication, Crystal Replacement, and Family Heirloom Service. Full descriptions and pricing are set out on our Solutions page.

Each service begins with an assessment. We will describe the work we propose and give you the opportunity to confirm before any work begins. We do not proceed without your agreement, particularly for services that may affect the character or appearance of a watch.

Quoted prices cover standard scope. If we find during work that additional attention is needed, we will contact you before proceeding with anything outside the agreed scope.

3. Intake and Acceptance

When you bring a watch to our workshop, we will record its condition at intake. You will receive a written or printed record of this assessment. Pendulo accepts responsibility for the watch from the point of intake until collection.

We ask that you disclose any known history of the watch that may be relevant — prior repairs, known faults, or significant sentimental importance — so we can plan the service appropriately.

We reserve the right to decline a service if we determine it falls outside our area of competence or if the condition of the watch presents risks we cannot manage safely.

4. Turnaround Times

Estimated completion times are given in good faith at intake and may vary depending on parts availability, the extent of work found during service, or workshop scheduling. We will contact you if a significant change in the expected timeframe arises.

We do not offer fixed turnaround commitments as standard. If timing is important to you, please raise this at intake and we will do our best to accommodate.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon collection of the completed watch. We accept cash and major bank transfers. Current service prices are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time. The price confirmed at intake applies to your service.

If a watch is not collected within 90 days of the completion notice, Pendulo may contact you to arrange collection or discuss storage. We are not able to hold watches indefinitely.

6. Parts and Materials

Where replacement parts are required — such as crystals, gaskets, or lubricants — we use materials suited to the age and type of the watch. We will discuss material choices with you where there is a preference decision to make (for example, acrylic versus sapphire crystal).

We source parts through standard trade channels. We cannot always source original manufacturer parts, and this will be communicated clearly if it applies to your watch.

7. Care of Your Watch

We handle every watch with care. We maintain a secure workspace and use appropriate tools for each task. Our intake record documents the watch's condition before work begins, providing a baseline for reference.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our work, we will discuss the matter with you honestly and seek a fair resolution. We ask that you raise any concerns at the point of collection so we can address them while the watch is still in our hands.

Pendulo is not responsible for pre-existing faults discovered during service, deterioration due to the watch's age or prior conditions, or damage arising from normal use after collection.

8. Family Heirloom Service

The Family Heirloom Service is designed for watches of sentimental value. Work under this service is staged, and we will seek your sign-off before proceeding with any step that would change the watch's character — patina, case finish, dial condition, and similar features that carry personal meaning.

A written record of the work performed is provided at collection. This record is intended to accompany the watch as part of its history.

If you instruct us not to proceed with a particular element of the service after assessment, we will invoice only for work carried out to that point.

9. Website Use

The Pendulo website is provided for general information about our services and to allow enquiries. Content is updated periodically and may not reflect the most current pricing or availability at all times. Please contact us directly to confirm current details before travelling to the workshop.

Submitting the contact form constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We will respond to enquiries during business hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00; Sunday, 11:00–16:00; closed Monday.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or interfere with its operation.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, and structure on this website are the property of Pendulo or used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. External Links

The website may contain links to external sites, including map services. These links are provided for convenience only. Pendulo does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Pendulo's liability in connection with any service is limited to the value of the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services or website use.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai consumer protection law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from our services or this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
